Return and Refund Policy

Because each item is personalized and made from customer-submitted artwork, custom necklaces and bracelets are final sale after proof approval.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the problem and offer a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Orders can be canceled before proof approval. After proof approval and production begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refunds, replacements, and cancellations are reviewed case by case.
